3. Third-Party Integrations & AI Providers
MetrIQ integrates with official third-party APIs to deliver end-to-end functionality. We respect the developer policies of each platform:
- Social Media APIs: Data retrieved from Meta Graph API, LinkedIn API, YouTube Data API, and TikTok for Business is cached securely according to platform data retention policies and is never sold to data brokers.
- Large Language Models & AI Engines: Content generation queries processed through OpenAI, Google Gemini, or Adobe Firefly adhere to strict enterprise zero-data-retention APIs and are not used to train foundation models without explicit consent.
4. Data Storage, Security & Retention
We enforce enterprise-grade security protocols, including AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, strict multi-tenant isolation, and dynamic database routing. Customer data is retained only for as long as your account remains active or as required by statutory recordkeeping obligations.

- Access, review, and export your raw campaign data and digital assets at any time.
- Request immediate rectification or permanent deletion of your account and associated social access tokens.
- Revoke social platform authorizations instantly through your dashboard or directly on the native platform settings.
